Cold War (2000)

Summary: poor
Cold War has one main problem, its story. Now although Simon Yam played his part very well, as did most of the rest of the cast, the story is far too thin and as the last reviewer said, it should have been only an hour long. It means there is scene after scene of wasted space, which with a more complex story could have made Cold War a very good crime thriller. Instead we see another worthless crime fiasco. It’s a real shame, because the overall film does look very good, just a shame Leung Kar Yan isn’t much of a film-maker.
