Those damned kids! This flick is a challenging political proclamation that the Hong Kong cops and legal system pamper young criminals no matter what the offense. Overall, I thought this was a pretty decent social drama in the line of DELINQUENT and KILLER SNAKES . The sequel to this flick is BIG BROTHER CHENG with Chen Kuan Tai reprising his role as Wang Cheng.
