The Chinese Dragon (1973)

Summary: Bit dull
Tingyi starts out as a nice guy who stands up for the little guy and cares about his ailing little sister, but he goes to work for the aptly-named Hai Fat, a cigar-chomping Orson Welles wannabe, who is a brutal bastard.

I found it hard to like or empathize with anyone in this film. Even Barry's character, clearly supposed to be a good man misled, doesn't do a great job of it. Plenty of punching and kicking, but I lost interest after half an hour.
