Agreed with the below review!

It is like many "B" (actioners) of this era where the last 20 minutes redeems the same old tired plot we all have come to accept! (or suspect)!

Yukari is underused in this one...but
when she's on screen...she shines as usual!
Simon Yam is not bad at this "bad ass" role...nothing special like "Full Contact" or "Bullet in the Head" though...so ...be patient and wait for the finale...not a great one..but enough to justify the viewing at least.
