Summary: A John Woo's Childrens' film.
When John Woo was working with Cinema City, he was given several different projects. One of them was a childrens film written by Raymond Wong. This film also marked the first time that Tsui Hark and John Woo worked together on a film.

Run, Tiger Run is a comedy that stars Bin-Bin in two roles (a spoiled rich kid & a street urchin) Teddy Robin Kwan (who also wrote and performs the title song) stars as Bin-Bin's street urchin guardian. Tsui Hark makes a guest star apperance as Bin-Bin's grandfather.

Run, Tiger Run is essentially a chidren's fantasy tale. It's humorous in some parts but on the whole just an average film. Harmless and fun for all ages. Recommened for John Woo completists.
Availible on DVD and it's in widescreen with e.z.-to-read-subtitles.
