The dastardly duo of San Kuai and Fong Yau team up to direct this fine indie flick from Goldig Pictures. Cheung Lik and Lau Wing are both being trained in kung fu, one by a good master (Fong Yau,) and one by a bad master (San Kuai.) Cheung Lik and San Kuai must team up to defeat ten killers which come to their training ground in such rapid succession, there's hardly any break from the action at all. Eventually Cheung Lik and Lau Wing end up in the ultimate showdown. "10 Magnificicent Killers" is all about action, and in the physical skills and choreography departments, it definitely delivers. The killers themselves are a veritable rogue's gallery of indie kung fu cinema. Recommended. -S.M.
