It looks very probable that Chi Chi

is an alias for Tsui Oi-Sam

since that heavy actress is seen in the films which have Chi Chi in the cast list (and Tsui Oi-Sam is not in the cast list for such films). For example, here is her appearance in Dirty Kung Fu
