am actually only after to determine who plays the main bad guy basically so working off the cast list available:

...can anyone determine who this guy is out of the ones listed from Hui Bing-Sam and down?

hey,

after som help elsewhere, was able to determine that this is Hui Bing-Sam, plays the roll of Bill or Ah Biu. You can also spot him as one of the security guards in The Imp, not cross eyed.
