Skinny elf might be Ringo Wong? Sort of looks like him under all that make-up:




Is he a small fellow? Skinny elf seems to be child-sized, but I can't remember if they show his face when he's sat on Chin Siu-Ho's shoulders or not...

It is possible that Skinny elf is Wong Chi Ming. Wong is not very tall. But I must first watch the movie to be sure (my ordered VCD still not arrived me).
