This could be a real toughie (as I noticed we already have a handful of these people sitting uncredited in the film's image gallery), but I'm willing to test the brilliance of those here against these! These are the only actors I don't know by name from this film -- be warned though, some of these faces might be local (and notable) Filipino actors...
1. Pregnant wife left behind in Hong Kong
2. Two young friends on the tour -- identified by character names "Judy" and "Pat"
3. Hua, Kuang's (Nam Yin) young police partner (a major character!)
4. Woman in white, gold necklace -- written out of script fairly early
5. Big Eyes' (Tommy Wong) triad buddies
6. Filipino gun-runner
7. Hong Kong TV news presenter
8. Fa, Bob's (Eric Tsang) Filipino market stall friend
9. Sam, the surrogate guerilla leader -- most probably a Filipino actor as the majority of his dialogue is delivered in Tagalog and English
10. Husband of the pregnant lady (sorry, missed his character name!)
11. Twin Mainland Chinese brothers on tour
12. Young boy only referred to as "BB" (and Sam again)
13. A clearer pic of Sam
14. Sam's righthand man, referred to by the tourists as "Baldie" -- undoubtedly another Filipino actor
