While I watched the new Youtube SB video The Brain-Stealers (1968) I noticed a prominent role not listed,
but we had famous taiwanese singer in the cast credits (even he has no picture in the cast portrait side) instead
I asumed that 青山 is in that case a Japanese name, since the actor and his role seem to be japanese (even Judo-teacher)
so the role-name 大川 could be Japanese, too (and not Da Chuan as stated. Sadly Aovama is only half of the whole name
but I couldn't find further informations

Intriguing.
A possibility. Umetsugu's 1957 Arashi o yobu otoko (Man Who Causes a Storm) prominently features a Kyoji Aoyama. I saw this movie over 20 years ago, but cannot currently place this guy in it. Should be able to find it on YouTube.
