From Wolverine's site:
As for a magazine editor's Indonesian maid sneaking into the intensive care unit to take a picture of an ailing Lydia Shum Din Ha, Ka Fai said, "Something like that could be investigated right away. Also she was caught on site, any defense would be useless." Chan Wai said, "After this I feel even more that artists have no protection. Even in ICU secret photos are taken. Hopefully the colleagues have better ethics."

Pics are all over the Chinese websites of Lydia in the hospital elevator, bed, etc. Not sure which ones were taken by the maid.
Wikipedia:
A 24-year-old Indonesian domestic helper is accused of entering the ward on Oct 1, 2006 to try to take photographs of Shum. Hospital staff called the police and the woman was arrested. She has been released on bail and will appear at Eastern Magistracy on the Oct 13, 2006. In a statement,
East Week Magazine confirmed that the helper is an employee of one of its editors, but said the senior management was not aware and do not approve of the action. The magazine also apologised to Shum for any inconvenience it might have caused her. The domestic helper has been charged with a violation of the Hospital Authority Ordinance which forbids certain activities within hospital premises, including photographing patients without their permission. The maximum penalty is a 2000 HK dollar fine and three months in jail. After this event, although shum is still at a critical condition, she has since been transferred to a private ward for security reasons.
*East Week is the magazine that temporarily closed after the Carina Lau photo affair.
