This may not be an all time low for a picture of an actress on tour promoting a movie but it is really bad. The photographer or someone with Gong Li or someone might have moved the lampshade in the foreground...



There is a lot wrong with Hollywood but at least they know how to pitch a movie.

I thought this photo with the poster in the background was equally cheesey.



Maybe the thinking was that they didn't need to do much to sell the film and just having Gong Li was enough.
