Hong Kong pop duo Twins shoot "wedding" pictures

That's just weird. It was more interesting when they were "marrying" each other.

Is this some new social phenomenon in which young people get fake wedding pictures taken? Or is the EEG PR department on drugs or simply out of good ideas?

This isn't anything unusual in Western society?

Unlike the 14-year-old girl who is admitted to HKCU Medical School a few days ago, he's really just a kid. :P

Asked why he had not gone to school in the United Kingdom, he replied in English, "because my father does not have sufficient money."

First time hear this and a bit disappointed as it's been saying that the reason why he coming back to HK is because he likes the place.

It happens over here too, and I'm always amazed at young people who are that smart, but you just know they put up with a lot of crap. The writer of your linked story on the med school girl couldn't resist printing some of the negative feedback she got on her blog from jealous people trying to hurt her. Same kinda people that give wedgies, I suppose: very shallow (thus my joke). Those people often end up working for people like these kids in the long run!

Maybe he still does! :D Perhaps the Hong Kong media just wants people to think that Western universities are somehow better when they're not, so they posed a loaded question to him.

No; in many of the photos they were with fake grooms.
