I couldn't get much real meat out of the story. Maggie and Ole were in Shanghai (probably for the Pirelli calendar shoot) drinking champagne with pals late at night. She went to the bathroom with a friend, came out, stumbled and bumbled and had to be assisted before heading back to their hotel. Basically, just a regular night out I guess, except that Maggie has a clean cut image.

I think that's nothing big deal but since the press saw it as somthing inconsistent to Maggie's all time graceful image, so they reported it.

Not much to add except some Chinese sites mentioned the event was the charity photo exhibition "Simply I" and also Maggie told the press about their relationship.
