should be Ying Kei. The name is in HKFA with acting credit for Dragon Blows. I suspect it is the same person as this Ying Kei (which has a different Kei):

As I recall, I originally entered those two Lui Kei (2) credits, a few years ago.
These are the on-screen credits from both films:
The "Everyone is Happy" credit is on the left, the "General Stone" credit is on the right.
The top character is certainly not "Lui".
If nobody objects, I will change both credits to Ying Kei (not currently in DB) in one week, and delete Lui Kei (2).
My old credit from General Stone is not very clear. If anyone has the recent HK DVD of General Stone, please check the credit to see if it is clearer, and hopefully confirm the "Ying". Thanks.
