The Japanese name given belongs to actor Naoyoshi (Naohei) Ozawa, but the dates and picture are of the above-mentioned Keiju Kobayashi. There is no 'Kobayashi Katsuki' that I know of.

Duplicates, and 'Kuji Asami' is correct. The Japanese name given on the 'Kasu Asami' page is her birth name, Yoshiko Moriyama, under which she doesn't seem to have been credited in films.

According to Japanese Wikipedia, Kobayashi Katsuki is an alias of Ozawa Naohei.
