I think both are correct. The HKFA lists it as an alias:

I'll add it as an alias. Though there seems different ways to ways to write 'Na Zha' name, too.

And for some reason, I can only get the partial Big5 search to work by dropping Na Zha's name, even using what's listed ???

According all my available dictionaries, 宅 is transcribed "Zhai", not Zha, while the alternative variant of the correct character 吒 would be 咤, which is also seen on various flyers. Also, HKFA has not a single Na Cha movie containing a 宅 in the title. I couldn't find a single flyer/poster saying 宅 either.

In coming days I will replace all 宅's with a 咤 or a 吒 depending on sources as far as I can track them down. I will also add an alias with either 咤 or 吒 and the note "alternative spelling" so that all movies can be found with both variants.

I see adding 咤 as an Alias causes gibberish on the english page while Big5 page displays it correctly. It does not happen with main titles. I replaced 耮 with 咤 in the main title and it is displayed correctly in both english and Big5:

咤 is simplified, but maybe its like 杰 and "used" with traditional... unfortunatly for now i don't think we're able to fix it for the alias.

I fixed all titles and added some newspaper ads to back them up, thankfully in most cases there was either enough material to justify the 咤 as main title or I found no material/sources with that character at all and therefore no necessity to add it as an alias. Only in two cases I had to compromise in order to remove/avoid gibberish:
