Incidentally, the credited dir of [B], 狄金城, is evidently the Chinese version of my surname.

I found a LD copy on a Chinese torrent site. It seems someone added explicit hardcore scenes from a different source of the same movie. I have added cast & credit images. At least two currently listed actors are really in the movie (Li Chien-Ping and Ching Ai-Hua, not sure about Lan Yi-Feng).

Not much movie credits, couldn't find these names in the database:

Makeup: 何妙珍

Also, this synopsis on Douban is consistent with the movie, so I have added the title 夫人！别怕 as another Alias:
