This change was already added by an editor seemingly quite some time ago, but only as a note in the summary. I took the liberty of removing the meaningless character-by-character literally-translated title "Heaven Dragon Earth Tiger", too.

Taiwanese theatrical releases, except for ?? which is based on the Singapore release. The theme song to that movie was released in 1984 in Taiwan, so I suppose that's when the movie was intended to be released there too, but I couldn't find any proof that it actually did get a Taiwanese release. I'll keep looking into it.

I've made a couple of changes to approximate years of release for direct-to-video movies based on their US home video release dates and copyright registrations. They're still tagged as 'approximate' just in case. I might edit this post in the next few days to add more instead of making new posts. The first movie is the exception - that was based on the HK theatrical release.

I think Pituitary Hunter release date also needs to be updated, as it was released in September 1984 in Singapore (according to Singapore Monitor, Lianhe Zanbao and Lianhe Wanbao newspapers), and, more interestingly, in July 1984 in Canada.
Events of the film itself take place in 1983, according to its plot.

Correct. I've been aware of this for years now but I've held off on updating the entry because there's a couple more issues related to that movie that I want to resolve and do a write-up on, such as the different credits between the original and re-released versions. The movie was shot in the second half of 1983, by the way.

That's very interesting 'cause I could find a little about the original cast (only actors' names and real director's name which was mentioned in September 6, 1984 issue of Xin Ming Ri Bao newspaper, and it was NOT Chan Ta).
I'd like to know about the original cast because I'm writing an article on this film. Could you mail me?
