There was other similar writer in the HKMDd:

Mandarin: Wang2 Qi3 Ji1

I don't know if 王啟基 is correct, but MY Wong Kai Gei 黃啟基 is super-correct!!!!

Lau Kar-Wing is Jia Wu Dao (they actually have his character name on a wanted poster if you want a snapshot).
