According to HKFA, they are the same.

Can anyone confirm and Update?

not sure. Property masters can appear in small roles in his movies, but these movies are different.

Maybe you are right. Li zhi-xiong is a mainland actor in both films i saw.

As such, it is unlikely he is also a HK prop. master.
