Do we know for sure this is from 2001? The few places I could find that actually stock this VCD have it listed as a 2003 release. Unless it was filmed earlier, which wouldn't surprise...

I'm not so sure I'd be so sure of that information. They've got Helena Law Lan featured prominently on their poster art, and she's not even in the movie. There's an older woman in the film—briefly—who might pass for her if you turned off all the lights in the room and had her turn away from you, but it ain't Helena! I won't mention the dodgy appearance of some of their other sleeves...

Too bad about the roles. Guess it'll take a while to link the portraits to the names, especially with so many of them only appearing in this movie! Heck, I don't even know my new girlfriend's name!

By the way, the listing now has two Wong Chi-yeungs, one of whom only appears in this film. It that correct, or is Karel in there twice?

Looking at that full gallery, I realized I left off one actor, Hau Kong-Lung, who I've now ID'd both in this film and in one shot from the gallery for PAULINE'S LIFE.

Well, it's a start...

Just noticed something else. There's an actor credited on the VCD sleeve that doesn't appear to turn up in the opening or closing credits. I have a feeling this is, in fact, the nominal male lead of the picture. He's the guy with reddish brown hair whose pictures are right below Jenny Yum's. I know I've seen this guy in other films, but I can't place him. Hopefully the sleeve credit might ring a bell...
