I can confirm that besides Cynthia Khan, Ting Wa-Chung is starring, and if Tai-Seng is correct Fung Hoi is the director. The language is mandarin.

I have no idea when it's been produced. The tape is released in 1994, so somewhere between 1991-94 at least.

Also known as Trial Brother. Did they mean Triad Brother? Mysterious.

BTW don't waste anything on that awful trash. It defined a new dimension of boredom. And that cover motif - well Cynthia Khan isn't near any gun at any point in the movie.

Was pretty bored as well during this movie, but Cynthia and Ting Wa-Chung made it easier to watch.

No Ting Wa-Chung in the cast? Maybe a changed name/alias for him.. but Im a bit shocked if it's not him in the movie Him or not, the actors face is in Shiomis credits.

Ting's name does not appear in the credits.

Maybe Chang Wai-Kuen is an alias of Ting Wa-Chung, but I am not sure.

If you are sure Ting is in the movie, you can add him in the cast, no problem.

I think we must change the year. The movie was made for sure around 1986/1987 before Cynthia was a star. She made her debut 1986 in a Taiwanese television movie and I guess "Trial" was made in that time (very likely also for the television). You can also tell that from the look of the movie/the cast and the choice of music.

I did not see Billy Chow in the movie. I believe his name was only put in the credits for the Hong Kong release. His name is shown in the credits before the original credits/cast list start.
