I am not aware of any film with both names in the cast list, and I see at least 5 films with "Ching Sai-Ying" in the cast and Gam Dai on screen. Also see the first paragraph at

I think you could be right. "Escort" and "Fate of Lee Khan" are two of the movies Gam Dai appears and only Ching is credited.

In "Fighting Ace" Gam is in the HKFA cast list and Ching is listed in the crew. But I think that is no problem.

My problem is that I not see Gam in "The Warlord" with Ching listed.

In "The Warlord" I think Gam Dai is the man with the performing monkey, at about 15:40 on my VCD.

I check my "Warlord" VCD today. If it is Gam Dai in the movie I think we can merge the two names.
