Should be Hong Kong 2008 but according to Kozo at Lovehkfilm.com - Joysales has been promising this one since 2006.

Fate added. Looks like it was filmed in 2006. Torrent/rip sites list a 2007 date. I've kept your 2008. Haven't found any reliable release date yet.
