This is not the unknown 80's police actor, just look at the ears and the nose.
This does also not look like him in my eyes, although I am a bit more unsure about this. Looks more like the wrongly IDed actor above.
The unknown 80s police actor got a fairly straight nose, while the one in these pictures seems to have a more pointy nose where the tip is more raised.
