Sai Gwa Pau - date of death?

However, recent coverage of Sek Kin's death include a picture of Sai Gwa Pau receiving a Professional Achievement Award, along with Sek Kin and Walter Tso Tat-Wah at the 2003/22nd Hong Kong Film Awards.

Oddly, the Hong Kong Film Award web site doesn't list Sai Gwa Pau as a recipient, only Sek Kin and Tso Tat-Wah. What gives?
