I don't know much about it, but apparently it's from 2006, as per the background details from this description at YesAsia:
The first of three high-definition films produced by Derek Yee (Shinjuku Incident) for Star Chinese Movies, the 2006 film Pandora's Booth revolves around a pair of lovers connected across time through a mysterious telephone booth. Pop stars Kenny Kwan (The Deserted Inn) and Fiona Sit, who collaborated with Yee before in 2 Young, play young lovers whose fates are forever altered by a call from the future. Directed by Albert Mak Kai Kwong (Dummy Mummy Without a Baby), the film also co-stars singer Karen Tong and Wong Hap Hei as Kwan's older self who opens Pandora's Booth.
Was this ever released theatrically? On television? Doesn't seem to be any English language reviews anywhere (hardly a barometer, I know, but humour me). Also, Derek Yee's producer credits in the DB jump from 2005, to 2009, which makes me wonder if the other two high-def movies referred to in that product description also fall within this period.
