According to HKFA the former has no other movie credit while the latter has 3 movie credits. Its indicate they are different persons.

Can anyone confirm and update?

Actually ? and ? are the same character. Our DB does not accept the form ? so you must write ? instead.

As far I know ? and ? are not the same character but their romanization is the same, "Fung".
