I recall hearing this before and just assumed it was in the DB, but apparently it's not.
One of our reviewers here mentions that his name is in the opening credits of this 1982 spooky comedy. I may have this disc, but I'll have to dig deep, so if someone can post a screencap in the meantime, have at it.
Just not sure where his name should go: under "Makeup" or "Special Effects". If only we had more options . . .
