Tai Ching-boh needs to be split

Doubt this guy/gal went from starring in a 1949 mainland Chinese film to appearing in a 2002 Hong Kong exploitationer:

Having scanned the movie several times now, there's no one in the cast old enough to have such a long yet uneventful career! :D

For those who don't check in on the Cat. III forum very often, this performer is currently under debate, along with a few other items, so any assistance would be appreciated:

Have a feeling the Tai Kim-bo from PAULINE'S LIFE is also Tai Ching-boh from SASSY CLASSMATE, in which case we may have photo IDs already in the system for him (see Cat. III thread)

Kind of wonder where those credits came from. The only reference I could find online is from a Chinese govt web site article on post war period films (#18):

With this cast/credits
18???????

??????????????1949????
??????
???????
??????????????????????????

Seems like somebody was guessing . . . ;)

Only one person in the cast list comes close to this, and that's Lu Yu-kun (2).

When I search just those two characters on the Chinese side, this odd listing for "??•" (Lui Yuk-Kwan) comes up:

Films seem to be from the same period, though.

This similarly but not exactly-the-same named Lu Yu-Kun also shows up in a movie around that time:

Definitely no Tai Ching-bo in the list you provide, though that doesn't mean he/she wasn't in the film. Just makes me wonder what source was used to add them to the listing here.

this odd listing for "??•"

I think the last character is a line-break character!

Added:

Lu Yu - could be Lui Yu Kwan
Chen Zhengwei
Jue Lam
Zhou Chu
Geung Sau

Now I'm wondering about Jue Lam. He suddenly has a very long gap in his filmography. Should he be split until we know for sure if he acted into his old age?

Looks like one of those undisplayable characters?
Using HKFA as a cross reference Waste Not Our Youth: Lu Yukun=???

And Keung Ming seems possibly mixed up with Jiang Ming

Assuming you mean CHILL SPRING RAIN (1980) should move from Keung Ming's filmography to Jiang Ming's? Seems like the latter was definitely still active by the 80's.
