DB Title Update: BREAK UP CLUB (2010)

Saw this at TIFF tonight. Made some changes to the DB.

Added character names, except for Bonnie Sin. Can't remember hers.

Added writer-director Barbara Wong, writer-producer Lawrence Cheng and producer Gus Liem to the cast list. They all portray themselves on screen, as do most of Wong's crew, though the crew members go uncredited as players (will need portraits later for that, perhaps).

Also made "Gus Liem" his main DB name as that's how he's billed in the credits and referred to by name on screen. "Lam Hak-Yan is now his alias. It's also how he's billed on the poster, as seen with this review:
