Searching "DEATH CAGE" in the DB only brings up one title, a 1989 Robin Shou actioner, but these clips suggest there's a sequel, also with Shou, not included here:

I watched the 2 clips and it is the movie DEATH CAGE in the DB. I have the German tape.
