I found that actor ??? Chang Wai-Kuen (1) actually is ??? Tso Wai-Kuen, but I do not know if all his entry is not correct or only this credit. Changed actors.

The name Tso Wai-Kuen is also listed at the HKFA entry.
My image ID looks correct, the role name on the HKFA entry fits.

When I look at the pictures on the Internet of Chang Wai-Kuen, it looks as Tso Wai-Kuen could be identical:
