You're probably right, but why would the poster have a 100% Chinese title if it wasn't released in Hong Kong at some point?

Some Korean Kung Fu movies have chinese characters in their titles. But this does not mean nothing.

Some Japanese movies have English titles (with Western alphabet characters) but they are 100% Japanese movies.
