Is the second person, 'Chang Chung Chi' another name for 'Rocky Law' (which, apparently, might be an alias too)? In the credits of "Lan Kwai Fong Swingers", ??? is the only credited writer and director. ??? (note the slight difference) is credited as the planner. The HKFA credits both ??? and ??? as directors, but then also credits ??? as the writer and director (just like in the film) on the same page.
