Distributor's logo?

I have uploaded this poster, I assume it is Arabian.

Does anybody know for sure if that kind of logo at lower left –
that I have seen very often on posters – could be an Arabian distributor?

Why do you think it's an Arabic poster? Assuming it isn't, I did some research but information is very scarce. It could be this distributor:

"[Neva] Friedenn is a former university English instructor, literary agent and film development executive. She founded Unifilm International Company (UIC), which imported more than 200 action and art films during the 1980s, mostly Hong Kong kung-fus."

There are two distinct groups of these posters with similar design characteristics - ones with the UIC logo and no rating shown, and ones with an MPAA 'R' rating shown and a 'Unifilm International' snipe affixed, but no logo or distributor info printed directly on the poster. None of the films whose posters advertised an 'R' rating actually appear in the MPAA's ratings database. I couldn't find any direct link between the two and confirm that this UIC and Unifilm International are the same company, but it seems likely.

Thanks for the advise.

The logo, for me, finally had – although being
a "U", an "I" and and a "C" – some Arabian look
as a whole.

Although Arabian poster do not have such a professional
printing look, but they are often based on orignal posters.

I have seen many US posters, for me, they have a completely
other design but I may not know all the groups.

So you would think of it as a US poster?

Don't know where I fished it from ... have to big more aware.
Thanks!

I found this ...

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0199164/releaseinfo

... although I do not trust the imdb,
an entry like "US dubbed version" is a very conscious one
souding like someone who knew it ...

I can't be sure of whether it's a US poster or not. I agree with you that it does not have the typical look of US posters, especially for martial arts films, but even if UIC and Unifilm are not one and the same, it's clear they were both small-time distributors. The posters might have been directly adapted from whatever sales materials they received from HK. I'm just speculating here, of course.
