I plan to merge the actor Cheung Tin-Ho (I did today his ID in DEATH DUEL OF KUNG FU) with Chang Kung:

Chang Kung has good acting roles in all 3 movies with Cheung Tin-Ho credited as actor.

The question is if the crew jobs at Cheung Tin-Ho should be a separate person (I would say yes)

Agreed on the merge (assuming that you know that Chang Kung is also in "What Price ? - Stardom (1977)" and credited as Cheung Tin-Ho (張天河). I assume that is a yes on your part.)

Because this is a pretty common (fake/stage) name, I would agree on splitting out the crew jobs as another person for now ... until we find more evidence. I found one obscure Chinese language credit tying a 張天河 as an actor in " 'Red Chamber " and a producer of some mainland movies. But I do not consider that source reliable enough, and as such is insufficient.
