On the IMAGES page for A CITY CALLED DRAGON, it appears to me that hkmdb has 3 photos of the same actor, yet two of them are identified as being LUNG FEI, while the 3rd is identified as being CHEN SHIH-WEI. I KNOW that all three are the same actor, and BELIEVE that actor is CHEN SHIH-WEI, not LUNG FEI (who may not even be in this movie, nor appear in the credits).

The 2 images look for me like Lung Fei.

He is in the credits with his other name 周興貴.
