Another of those Koreans that "made it to the big time" by appearing in a Hong Kong action film, yet never became big stars despite their obvious talent. Lee only did the two HK films and didn't do a huge number of films in Korea either as a matter of fact. It's a pity really, but he seems to be another of those guys that came into the industry at the wrong time. There's a bit more I can write about him, so a bio will be coming at some point.

Oddly, he didn't even have a page yet on the HKMDB, so I've had to create one and added the usual data.

I might as well add this quick update, in some of my old notes that I had forgotten to transfer, I'd noted that Lee Kwang-soo is sometimes credited as Lee Oh-seung / 이오승. This might be his birth name, but I can't be sure, either way I've added the names to his aliases.
