There are literally millions of CD and movie shops all over HK, all of which will have VCDs and DVDs with subtitles.

They are usually about $3 or $4 each for not-super-new ones.

Seriously, you can't walk more than two blocks without finding a video store in most neighborhoods. The cheaper ones will be the smaller shops away from the main streets of course... where they don't speak much English, but thats OK, you can figure it out.

Remember if you get DVDs to make sure they are either region 1 or region 6 encoded, otherwise they won't work when you bring them back to the US.

-Xiao Ka
But if you're going to be going into Mainland China at all, you can get them cheaper (about $1 or $2 each) there, but the quality can vary a lot, and of course most likely they're pirate copies (which is bad!)

-Xiao Ka
