They are different persons according to the HK Performing Artist Guild member list. Most likely the credits are mixed up in our db,e.g., Election.
Yau Chi-Keung's English name is Lawrence.

But the guy in the picture above bears some resemblance to Wong Ting-bong, to whom this DUMBLY AGENT photo above is attributed. Although I might just be too tired at the moment to look closer.
