Need help to create 2 names

Please help me create these 2 names:

???, ??. Lu Zhuo Ling : Lui Cheuk Ling

???, ??.Wen Bai Hao : Wan Pak Ho

I have problem finding ? in Lu thru. my Big5 & the full character of ?. Cd not input despite varied attempts.
