Why would that be? What would constitute too many? Are there different
guidelines for suggested amount of screen captures for different types of
genres of films? Does it have anything to do with a film's popularity, or
obscurity, or historical significance?
And by contrast, what would constute too many portraits -- not of the
same actor -- but of other actors? For example, I have encountered pages
for films where over a hundred extras are afforded a profile photo each,
swelling the page to 5 or so screen's worth of often blurry portraits. Is it
common practice to treat this is as completely allowable?
The Kingdom and the Beauty (1959) has portraits of 125 different actors.
The Heroic Ones (1970) has portraits of 151 different actors. I have been
to pages that have twice that, but can't recall the titles of any, offhand.
