not in the HKMDb: A Thread of Life

I recently came across an image of an original movie flyer
for a Lucilla Yu Ming Shaw Brothers film circa 1958:

A Thread of Life

This film is not in the HKMDb. Perhaps it is,
but under a different name?

Should it get an alias entry, then, or is the flyer's English-language
title a typo? Seeing as Lucilla (if that's her) seems to be dressed as
a nurse in the flyer, "Thread of Life" doesn't sound unfitting.

Alias added. Most likely it is the title for the Singapore release.

Actually, she playd two roles - nurse and street singer.
