Yeah, that's what he's credited as on both films. As I say, I'm sure this is just a stage name for those two films rather than his real name, as it's a Korean name for Beggar So, similar to Choe Soon-seok having the name Yoo So-jeon just for those two films. As you noticed it's also the name of the character he plays, and in the original title for Duel Of Ultimate Weapons (광동관소화자) you can see the So Hwa-ja (소화자). I believe it was just a marketing ploy to try and lead people to believe these films were connected in some way to Drunken Master.
