Your Tony Liu Jun Guk ID is wrong. He is not in the movie.

I guess I wouldn't swear it in court, but he looks more like Tony Liu than anyone else I've seen...

I didn't see Wong Ching-Ho in the film, btw

I'm sure that it is not Tony Liu Jun-Guk.

That actor from "Godfather from Canton" could also be the actor at the "Gang Master" image (I'm sure that I'm seen him in a few other Shaw movies as extra):
