"Chan Keung" looks to be a alias for Mang Ding-Goh or/and (!) Chan Ming-Wai

I guess you mean Inspector Ling's assistant and that is Tsui Siu-Ming.

OK thank You I mixed that name up with some other person in my mind (wrong memory and I forget to check that name)
