Removed wrong Hung Ji-Yue ID. It was me who added Hung a few years ago to the cast after I made the ID of that actor.

Regarding Unknown Taiwanese Actor 2, here are (maybe) some possible names for him. These are names from the Chinese credits of Assault of Final Rival (1978) that I could not find as primary names or aliases in the DB. Let me know if I missed something.
